We will have a small supply of books available to us on September 10th, so if you need an "early" copy, please click on the link below. This will take you to our order form which you can print and send to us.

We mail the book within 24 hours of receipt of the form. From our office in Mississauga, Ontario, it takes about 2 days for the book to arrive at a Canadian address and about 7 weekdays for U.S. addresses.
